Wholesales. Prices are
NET. New accounts must provide us with a valid resale number or
Business tax ID number before we can process you order.

A minimum of SIX pieces per STYLE
is required for first time orders. No minimum
order is required after that, but a $10.00 service charge will
be applied to all orders under $100.00. Any account that remains
inactive for a year period will be considered as a new account
and need to reorder minimum requirements again.

All NEW
account will be shipped PRE PAID by Credit card, Cashiers check,
money order or C.O.D. CASH only. Unless an original signed
completed credit application has been submitted and approved.

There is a $25.00 service charge
for all returned checks. All pending orders will be held until
the balance is cleared.

All over due accounts are charge
1.5% late fee.

RETURNS

No claims on used goods.

All claims must be in writing in
ten days after receipt of goods, specify invoice number, style,
size and color.

All returns must have prior authorization
along with an R.A. number; (Please call us and Request
Authorization number for all return) only defects
or errors on our part are returnable. No previously worn apparel
is returnable.

A replacement will be issued against
merchandise purchase only.

All goods are shipped F.O.B. Los
Angeles, CA

Freight charges for unclaimed
shipments returned to HOSS INTERNATIONAL, Inc. will be added to
customers’ next shipments plus $10.00 handling charge.

All refused shipments will result
in a 20% restocking charge on stock item. All future orders will
be held until payment has been made, and your account will be
put on a “PRE PAY” basis.

We automatically back order any
item not shipped complete on your order unless you advise us
otherwise when placing EACH order. All orders are shipped as
ready unless otherwise specified.

when authorization is given. We do not wish to have our images
